Advance to Boardwalk
May. 12th, 2005 01:39 pmMy allergies have been acting up a lot as of late. I especially hate sneezing while I'm driving. Today, I bought some non-drowsy allergy relief medicine, which was quite expensive compared to the kind that makes you tired. I'm hoping it'll work. I have noticed that my allergies aren't as bad if I stay indoors, but it gets worse if someone opens the windows.

bethje and I went to Atlantic City, where I won $5 on the penny slots. I'm sure I spent more money on gas to drive there, but since I was going to spend that money regardless, I suppose it was a small net profit. We walked along the Boardwalk for a little while, and saw some of the stray cats that live under it. I'm not sure why there are so many there, but there are. They usually run away from anyone who approaches them, but they seemed to be pretty cool with this one guy who had cat food.
We're planning on going to the King of Prussia Mall today, and eating at Bennigan's while we're there. That should be fun, even though there's nothing I really want to buy. (Okay, I'm sure I could find something I'd buy if I had unlimited funds, but I don't know that there's anything I realistically WOULD buy.)
