1. I'm not sure I turned off the computer at home before going to work. If I try to sign on to Instant Messenger using a name that's already signed on at another location, will it tell me that?

Date: 2004-05-06 02:04 pm (UTC)it's weird about that and does kind of the opposite of what it should. if you have no away message up, you will get no notification. if you have an away message up, it'll send a message to BOTH places reminding you that you're logged in twice. there is no way to turn this feature off or change its settings in any way.
