vovatI might as well go ahead and give the answers to that lyrics quiz I did a little over a week ago.

Nobody knew that this was from "I Wish I Was The Moon," by Neko Case. That's okay, because I wouldn't have either, if I hadn't been listening to the song at the time.

Another one I probably wouldn't have known myself, this is from "The Fake Headlines," by the New Pornographers.

"25 O'Clock," by the Dukes of Stratosphear. Actually, it was the Fuzzy Warbles demo version, but that's pretty much irrelevant.tisok got it.

XTC, with "Miniature Sun." As with #9, this was actually a Fuzzy Warbles demo. I really don't have very many actual XTC tracks on my computer. Regardless,revme got this one.
12. Ezekiel's wheel spins; I'm borne upon a throne by Red Cross crusaders who wave from Galilee.
Another one nobody got, this was from the title track of Camper Van Beethoven's new album, New Roman Times. I'm actually listening to that album right now, but not that particular song.

The song is "Waterfalls," and the version I was listening to was by Sloan, but it was apparently originally a Paul McCartney song. Who knew? Well, I guesstisok did. It was bethje who correctly identified the song, though.
