If you can mount the memory card as a drive on your computer, there's a good chance you'll be able to recover it.

Try this, it may well work with your probably-FAT-formatted card, despite the name: http://ntfsundelete.com/ Here's another one that may be a better bet: http://www.piriform.com/recuva

The former wouldn't work with my memory card at all. The latter did, but it wouldn't let me recover a file that big with the free version. I did get a copy of it through a screen capture, but is there any way to get around the restrictions?

Hmm. I know of one program that will work, but I've been unable to find it again! But wait - I think this might be it! Looks promising.
