YES! THANK YOU! I'm always like, "just tell me what button to push and we can get this over with much faster!" If you want your phone tree to feel more like human interaction, just hire an actual human to answer the phone!

There's also the matter of its constantly telling me it didn't hear what I said, and the fact that I usually have to repeat everything I've told the machine once I get to speak to an actual person anyway. So what's the point? Maybe it's just to weed out the less determined callers.
