The Primary Phase
May. 17th, 2006 12:05 pmI always forget to vote in the primary elections. One problem is that, when they roll around, I'm usually not actually in the state where I'm registered to vote. And I never think of applying for an absentee ballot until it's too late.
If I'm just now trying to establish residency in a different state, where will I vote come November? I've heard it takes several months to change my residency, so I'm not sure. I do want to do my part in trying to get rid of Santorum in Pennsylvania, but if I'm going to be voting in New Jersey instead, that'll presumably make it easier to get to the polls. Not that I have any idea where I'll be working or anything at that point, but still. If it turns out that I'm still voting in Pennsylvania, would someone please remind me to get an absentee ballot once that time of year rolls around? (Yeah, because someone is actually going to remember this request in a few months. {g})

The political sitiation or political life in Russia is a kind of that had been shown in the book. So, the elections and the democracy for us... Only words.
