This entry is made up primarily of stuff I stole from other people, because I'm lazy like that.

From [livejournal.com profile] revme, the face of Inspector Gadget's Dr. Claw revealed! As you could probably guess, it's a total let-down.

From [livejournal.com profile] bethje, video game themes played on piano. Played quite well, too, I might add.

Speaking of video games, my dream last night involved Princess Zelda serving as a guard at some kind of dimensional gate or something. There was also a bridge that was made out of a variety of materials, which I'd crossed numerous times (within the context of the dream, that is), but never really noticed how odd it was until this time.

From [livejournal.com profile] unclemilo:

The official rules are:

Bold the ones you've seen.
Italicize the ones you saw in the theater.
Underline the ones you saw it in a drive in.

You don't pay too much attention to fashion and far be it from you to spend hours on designing outfits which could shock your friends. If you ever shock them it's by how little you care about the clothes you're wearing. The only thing you pay attention to is not to look ridiculous. You don't need to draw attention wherever you come but you definitely need to know you are not the object of jokes. You are happy to blend in. I'm sure this approach leaves you a lot of time and energy for more interesting things than fashion.

The opposite style from yours is Catwalk God(ess) [Flamboyant Original Deliberate Sexy].

That's probably true most of the time. My usual outfit is black or brown pants and shoes, with a solid-color shirt with buttons when I'm going to work, or a T-shirt if I'm just hanging around the house. I do have a pair of dark green Converse shoes that I like, but they're not comfortable for doing a lot of walking and not appropriate for work, so I rarely wear them. Sometimes I will when I'm going to the mall or something.

I believe I put Henry: Porttrait of a Serial Killer on the Netflix queue.

And who wrote that particular list of movies?

I have no idea who wrote the list.

Nice icon, by the way.

That Dr. Claw link was awesome. I always imagined Claw to be this big black guy or something....and I can't beleive I missed out on Inspector Gadget action figures. 'Gadget was my show in 1992, and I missed out on the action figures.

Aw, ditto on the total let-down. Not only is he not intimidating, his disposition definitely doesn't fit the scary Dr. Claw voice.

I love when people/groups do renditions of video game music. I was disappointed that the main theme to Mario 2 wasn't performed, though- it's my favorite Mario theme song.

i always imagined Claw to look, you know, a lot less like Dr. Wily. I kinda thought he'd have a big metal cat face. Kinda like...everything you knew about him (metal hand, has a cat) into one big ass face.

and the picture on that quiz result looks EXACTLY like my Aunt Tracey. Well, if the hair was darker. that's it. i mean, i'm pretty sure she *has* that jacket.
