Yesterday, after bethje was done working, we went out to eat at Denny's. Right before eating, we discovered an arcade in a shopping center near the restaurant, so went went there afterwards. We played two games of pool, which, like most games, is something I'm pretty bad at. I mean, I'd played it before, but only on rare occasions. Before leaving the arcade, we played one of those Pop-A-Shot type basketball games, but this one had a moving net, which made it a bit more difficult. There really weren't that many video game machines at this arcade. There was one machine that kept yakking about the Fist of the North Star, or something like that.

Later, we used some of that colored mousse stuff that Beth had used on her hair to try to dye mine. The color we used was supposed to be a mahogany, but it came out not looking much different. Apparently it shows up a little more in the light. Beth took some pictures, so I should be able to put them up here sometime soon.

At night, we watched Pulp Fiction, which I'd seen before, but Beth hadn't. It was cool to see it again, and I caught some things this time that I didn't the first time. (I seem to recall being tired the first time I saw it.) We both liked it considerably better than Reservoir Dogs. It was kind of odd that all three Netflix movies that we got this week had Harvey Keitel in them, but I couldn't actually tell you who he played in Reservoir Dogs or Taxi Driver.
