Angelina Jolie, really? I always thought that was the woman other women always picked as the one they (we) thought GUYS would find most attractive.
Your skinny woman comment is interesting, especially because the one celebrity woman I claim to have a crush on, Karen Carpenter, died of the skinny obsession! Although it's only her voice I find attractive, so that's coincidence. When I actually see actresses, etc, that I think are pretty, they're usually Normal pretty: not glammed up, and yes, more weight than your typical starlet. Perhaps it's the women who ARE concerned about their own weight who claim the skinny women as attractive, because that's something they aspire toward themselves.
