You forgot to make a connection between Oz underground kingdoms and Narnian underground kingdoms! Oh, and the Easter Bunny lives in underground Oz, doesn't he?
I have to wonder how far down some of these kingdoms go and where exactly are they located/what are their borders. There may be more room underground, but don't these inhabitants run into magma, underground springs/wells, the bottom of Nonestic Ocean, etc.? And with all of these kingdoms underground, what's holding up Oz?
