Cracker is going to be at the Atlantic City House of Blues on Monday, July 17. I'd like to go, but I have no idea what I'll be doing at that point. Maybe I should just go ahead and buy a ticket, though.

A few days ago, a little rock or something hit my windshield and left a tiny crack. I'm not sure what to do about it. I mean, I guess I should get it fixed, but where would I be able to get that done?

I had a few odd dreams last night. In one, I was watching some new Simpsons episodes. I can't recall anything about them aside from that one featured Bart running away, and another called attention to the fact that the field in which the family was sitting had appeared in a previous episode. There was another dream where I went to a convenience store with Dorothea, and bought a popsicle. The most memorable dream, however, involved the Ditty Bops being banned from one of the late-night TV shows (I forget which one) because one of their backup musicians had brought something illegal on to the set. (I think it might have been either drugs or a bomb, or it might have varied from one part of the dream to another.) They did, however, appear on a different late-night show to support another band.

Which British Literary Period are you?

1660-1785--Pope, Swift, Johnson. Times they are a changing. You're very cynical and you like looking out for the little guys. You have a sense of humor a lot of people just don't get.

From my dad's past experiences with tiny windshield cracks, he's had to get the whole entire windshield replaced. What a big pain, huh? Perhaps there's a way around it, though, like treating the crack with some sort of adhesive that would prevent it from growing.

Btw, great song you're listening to. My friend had suggested me that one for my depressing songs compilation.

A lot of insurance companies will fix a tiny crack like that without having to use your deductible or raising your rates. I would call your insurance company. I think they can even come to you and fix it.

Yes, call your insurance company and see what your glass coverage is like. When my window was busted, my insurance company arranged for the auto glass place to come and replace it but I couldn't drive the car because of it. With a small crack they might tell you where to take it. If they are like my insurance company, they have contracts with prefered shops. It didn't cost me anything but it really depends on your company and your policy.

At any rate, you'll want to get it fixed. The crack will slowly get bigger and bigger.
