Last night,
bethje and I watched Annie Hall, which was good. Then we watched her tape of this Sunday's Arrested Development, and then the rest of the episodes on the Simpsons Season 6 set. With the "Who Shot Mr. Burns?" episode, I knew they were doing something with the "W.S." and "M.S." initials, but I didn't realize that they made sure pretty much all of the prime suspects had these initials. That's why Moe's last name is Szyslak, and why this is the one episode to have a certificate on Principal Skinner's wall identifying him as "W. Seymour Skinner." While they kept Moe's last name, I don't recall any subsequent episode suggesting that "Seymour" was actually Skinner's middle name. (Of course, there WAS that episode where they said his name wasn't Seymour Skinner at all, but the less said about that, the better.)
Today, we saw Red Eye at the theater. It's not the kind of movie I'd generally see, but it held my interest all the way through, which is definitely saying something.
( And now it's time for a survey )
