bethje and I went to Atlantic City. On the way, we stopped at IHOP, where I intended to get the fruit-filled pancakes, but they were no longer on the menu. Stupid limited-time offers. I DID enjoy my omelette quite a bit, though. In the city, we had shakes at Johnny Rockets, and I lost $5 on the penny slots. I'm a regular high roller. :P After we got back to Beth's, we watched her tape of that night's Simpsons episode.

I just found out from the AOL welcome screen that Mario Vasquez quit American Idol, and will be replaced with Nikko Smith. That's good, since I like Nikko a lot more than Mario. The article reminded me that George Huff was also a replacement, and I liked him, too.
