I am a mess!

vovatI checked out Terry Pratchett's Night Watch three weeks ago, with the intention of re-reading it. I never got around to it, and when I found out it was due yesterday, I went on the library website to renew it. For some reason, though, it won't let me renew it. A message comes up saying, "ITEM IS OVERDUE," but that library never had a rule against renewing overdue books before, as far as I can remember (nor should it, unless there's a hold on the book). I guess I'll just return it, but, well, that policy makes no sense.
Today, I cleaned out my car and my bag of stuff. If you were to look at these things, you'd probably still think they were horribly messy, but believe me when I say it's a definite improvement over the way it was. I don't know how my car keeps getting so messy. Okay, I actually do. When I get something new, I'll often just throw it in the back seat, and then forget about it until it starts looking terrible. My messiness is a direct result of my laziness. At least my car looks better now. I still need to get it vacuumed, but hopefully they'll do that when I get my oil changed. They usually do, but last time they weren't very thorough about it.
I should probably go to the grocery store, since I don't have much food here. I wish I could think of something easy to prepare other than frozen foods, which I probably eat way too often. Oh, well. I LIKE frozen pizzas and pot pies, even if they're not necessarily the best things for me to be eating.
