In my ongoing series of posts on stupid bumper stickers (okay, I think this might only be my second post of the sort, but still), I'm going to mention one I saw in the mall parking lot today. It had a picture of the Twin Towers, all done up in American flag colors, and the caption "Never forget who started it." It also had a link to a website (www.whostartedit.com) that apparently doesn't exist anymore. When I searched for it, though, I came up with this. This guy actually had the same thought I did: contrary to its intentions, the sticker actually suggests it was the United States "who started it." There would certainly be some merit to that unintended argument, although I'm somewhat inclined to think that, in prolonged international conflicts, there isn't any clear indication as to "who started it." Usually that's lost in the mists of time, but both sides keep on fighting, without really knowing why beyond, "Hey, we have to get back at them for what they did to us!" But I digress.
Actually, I remember seeing that same sticker a few years ago (probably when that website was still active), and meaning to rant about it then. I don't think I ever did, though, so you're seeing my rant now.
At the library today, a lot of people returned books on Hitler and Napoleon. I guess some class was doing a paper on them, or something like that.

| Your brain: 60% interpersonal, 20% visual, 220% verbal, and 100% mathematical! |
| Congratulations on being 400% smart! Actually, on my test, everyone is. The above score breaks down what kind of thinking you most enjoy doing. A score above 100% means you use that kind of thinking more than average, and a score below 100% means you use it less. It says nothing about how good you are at any one, just how interested you are in each, relatively. A substantial difference in scores between two people means, conclusively, that they are different kinds of thinkers. Matching Summary: Each of us has different tastes. Still, I offer the following advice, which I think is obvious:
