  • 07:02 @3x1minus1 Well, I can see how people might not have realized that was a joke. Wait, no, I really can't. #
  • 08:21 Why do girls who like John Linnell insist on hating his wife, while the same doesn't hold true for Flans girls? #
  • 13:54 @3x1minus1 True, but not knowing someone isn't really a good reason to hate them. #
  • 13:56 @3x1minus1 Yes. That's how I ended up with eighteen sofas. :P #
  • 14:02 @colleenanne Is tasteful body jewelry available in the same place as clean coal? :P (Nah, I'm just kidding.) #
  • 14:04 It took three tries for me to get that last reply right. I originally wrote "tasty body jewelry." #
  • 14:04 I would imagine that tasty body jewelry goes well with candy necklaces and edible underwear. #
  • 14:05 @eehouls But would you mind looking like a puissant when you got up in the morning? (And I seriously doubt you really look like a pug.) #
  • 14:06 The cat apparently wanted me to tweet "-4." No, I don't get it either, but she typed it. #
  • 14:07 @pshumate With $5 million, I think I'd buy some exotic art, like a Picasso or a Garfunkel. Except I'd do it five times over. #

Due to the Twitter invasion, sometimes I get two Twitter digest entries sandwiched together on my feed. It's easy to forget who's who.

19:51 Nevermind, instead of shaving my legs, I'll wear leggings. Just need to mow my pits and I'll be good to go!

After a moment I realized that that was probably not you.

Well, I DID go to a drag club the night before that...

This cracked me up. Reminds me of a couple days ago: I popped out of the office to use the loo and left Miles in there; came back and he had crawled up on the computer chair and managed to do a Google search for [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ (repeated a whole bunch more).

Were there any results? {g}

I'm a total Linnell girl and I don't hate his wife!!

Of course... My crush isn't really creepy like a lot of TMBG fangirls are.... what an odd fanbase we are.

And Robin rules, she plays the ukulele

Yeah -- I'm thinking that's probably part of it -- Linnell's wife is more anonymous, where Robin's out there and rockin'. It's easier to hate that which you don't know.

True. I also have to wonder if part of it is that Linnell kind of gives off the impression of being someone who could easily be taken advantage of (whether or not that's actually true). And as illogical as jealousy toward the partner of someone you like is, it's still pretty typical.
